Production and R&D
A 60,000-square-metre snack plant is the operating core
Ujeździec Mały makes kabanos, frankfurters and dry-cured sausages; the smaller Bielsko-Biała plant makes hams and block products. The group already prepares its own spice mixes, while its development programme targets automated packing, cartoning and palletising plus further vertical integration in casings and meat cutting. R&D also explores protein blends from peas and marine macroalgae.

Family and brand
A 1991 meat machine became a listed snack business
Jacek Tarczyński recalls that his wife Elżbieta persuaded him to invest in a meat-processing machine; production began on 26 February 1991, with kabanos chosen as a quality-led speciality. The founders and their sons remain visible in governance, while an official corporate film turns the plants, people and products into a short visual tour.
