Company profile

Regulated lotteries, proprietary formats and digital games

ZEAL Network is a regulated digital-lottery and games group centred on Germany. LOTTO24 and Tipp24 broker participation in state lotteries; proprietary charity lotteries put homes, cars or long-duration income at the centre of distinct products; ZEAL Instant Games creates slots, scratchcards and instant-win titles. A cloud platform connects acquisition, payments, participation, service and compliance, while a separate venture arm backs prize-led gaming businesses.

State-lottery brokerage

LOTTO24 and Tipp24 connect customers to licensed draws

ZEAL's LOTTO24 subsidiary acts for customers and transmits their entries to the relevant lottery operators. It earns brokerage commissions without assuming organiser risk for German state-lottery products. The catalogue spans LOTTO 6aus49, Eurojackpot, Spiel 77, Super 6, GlücksSpirale, Keno, lottery clubs, instant lotteries and Deutsche Fernsehlotterie.

Proprietary formats

Charity lotteries diversify the offer beyond jackpot cycles

freiheit+ supports education projects, while Dream House Raffle turns a named property into the headline prize. Dream Car Raffle joined the portfolio in 2026: wholly owned Dreamify operates the product, Lotto24 handles marketing and sales, and at least 20% of each ticket price goes to charitable organisations. These formats sit beside, rather than replace, state-lottery brokerage.

Platform, games and experimentation

One cloud stack supports several regulated business models

ZEAL links marketing, product development, technology, data analysis and service through an internally developed cloud platform. Around 85% of new customers arrive by smartphone; personalised communication, automated campaigns and self-service support retention. By H1 2026, ZEAL reported Games separately with around 790 B2C titles and 35,000 monthly active users. Since June, York Scheunemann has led Games with responsibility for expanding the offering and international partner ecosystem, while ZEAL Ventures gives the group a separate window on emerging prize-led businesses.

Responsibility and public benefit

Player safeguards sit alongside measurable community flows

ZEAL reports that its 2025 activity directed €379 million to social and community projects and paid €473 million to 2.1 million winners. Its player-protection framework includes deposit, stake and loss limits, breaks and self-exclusion, age controls and AI-supported detection of unusual playing patterns. Information security is audited annually against ISO 27001.

Current 2026 update

What is changing at ZEAL Network in 2026?

ZEAL has signed an agreement for a UK prize-draw acquisition, seen Dream Car contribute to H1 growth and put Games under dedicated leadership.

Latest official evidence Games leadership, H1 and pending UK entry Published 25 August 2026

The change in one sentence

The lottery broker is assembling a broader prize platform, but the UK move still awaits closing.

Owned raffles and the Games segment are gaining operating weight beside German brokerage while SevenCanyon remains an agreed, not completed, transaction.

Four lenses on 2026

The same four-quadrant format used in the Company profile.

01 · United Kingdom

The UK entry is agreed, not completed

ZEAL signed an agreement to acquire SevenCanyon's remaining 96.5%, adding to its existing 3.5% stake. The target operates 7days Performance, Redline Competitions and UK Carp Competitions across car, house and lifestyle-prize draws. The inside-information release says completion occurs upon payment of the purchase price, when the agreement becomes legally effective. ZEAL had not announced completion, consolidation or integration by the 28 August cutoff.

02 · Dream Car

A Porsche raffle becomes an owned-format test

ZEAL launched Dream Car in April as its third German charity lottery. Dreamify operates it and Lotto24 handles marketing and sales; the first guaranteed draw offered a Porsche 911 GT3 RS across 250,000 tickets, with at least 20% of each ticket price allocated to charitable organisations. H1 calls the launch successful and identifies it as one contributor to Lotteries growth, but discloses no sell-through, repeat-participation, product-revenue or realised charity-allocation figure.

  • Why it mattersAn owned prize format can diversify demand beyond jackpot cycles, but repeat behaviour and product economics remain unproven.

03 · Games

Games gets a dedicated leader for its next phase

ZEAL reported around 790 B2C game titles and 35,000 monthly active users in H1, up 34%. Games revenue grew 17%, but average revenue per user fell 13% and EBITDA rose only 2%. Since June, former Google executive York Scheunemann has led Games as Vice President, with responsibility for expanding the offering and building the international partner ecosystem. The 25 August release postdates H1 reporting and establishes no causal contribution to the H1 results.

  • Current signalAbout 790 titles · MAU +34% · ARPU -13% · EBITDA +2%
  • Why it mattersThe audience and catalogue are growing faster than per-user monetisation; leadership and partnerships now need to improve the quality of that growth.

04 · What to watch

Three questions for the next disclosures

The next disclosures should distinguish a completed acquisition, repeat owned-format demand and durable Games economics from headline activity.

  • UK closingDoes SevenCanyon complete, and when do ZEAL disclose consolidation, integration and compliance milestones?
  • Owned-format proofDoes Dream Car report sell-through, repeat participation, product revenue or realised charity allocations after the first draw?
  • Games qualityDo new partners and product expansion stabilise ARPU and convert Games audience growth into stronger EBITDA?
