Company profile

Order-to-cash applications, agents and payment intelligence

Sidetrade develops an order-to-cash platform for the work between accepting an order and receiving, matching and forecasting payment. Credit teams, accounts-receivable managers and shared-service centres use its applications to issue invoices, prioritise collections, resolve disputes and apply cash. The same environment combines a proprietary payment-behaviour Data Lake with Aimie agents that can recommend or execute governed actions while returning exceptions and transcripts to finance teams.

Applications and workflow

From a clean invoice to matched cash

Eight O2C applications share data across credit, invoicing, collections, disputes, deductions, cash application, analytics and customer self-service. E-Order and E-Invoicing synchronises orders and invoices with ERP and CRM systems; Augmented Collection selects the next account, action and channel; Cash App interprets remittance information and routes unmatched items.

Data and agentic AI

Aimie learns from how businesses actually pay

Sidetrade's Intelligence Foundation normalises payment events from live order-to-cash workflows. Its Data Lake covers more than one billion invoices and tens of millions of buyers, giving Aimie behavioural evidence for risk, timing and next-action decisions. Aimie agents can call customers, qualify invoices and escalate exceptions within policies rather than behaving as a general-purpose chatbot.

Customer evidence

Cash results make an abstract workflow visible

FranceTV Publicité reports EUR 7.7 million of cash generated and a nine-day reduction in days sales outstanding after integrating collections, credit analysis and Aimie. Biffa describes the platform's move from transactional collections to a strategic finance role. Sodexo is deploying eight Aimie agents across billing, collections and payment tracking.

Footprint and positioning

Enterprise depth meets a new mid-market route

Sidetrade serves enterprises in 85 countries through teams in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. The United States supplied 30% of 2025 revenue and international markets 71%. Acquiring Sydney-based ezyCollect added an SMB-focused product and APAC base, while the O2C Intelligence 2030 programme is reorganising the enterprise platform around applications, agents and customer-built workflows.
