Company profile

Software inside payments, industrial gates and public services

Sygnity builds vertical software for workflows that cannot simply stop: interbank settlement, brokerage, factory logistics, utility networks and public services. Its own applications connect operational data with rules, physical infrastructure and recurring maintenance. Official case studies make the work unusually tangible, from processing Polish payment messages and directing trucks through industrial gates to digitising water-network archives. Since 2022 Sygnity has belonged to Total Specific Solutions and serves as its growth platform in this part of Europe.

Payments and capital markets

Payment Hub and Sidoma sit inside high-volume financial workflows

Payment Hub centralises payment messages and connects schemes including Elixir, EuroElixir, SEPA and SWIFT. KIR says the EELX platform supports all banks participating in Elixir and EuroElixir and can handle several million transactions an hour. Michael / Ström uses Sidoma Web for remote account opening and trading; the brokerage house said it expanded without adding staff. FlexiFee automates tariffs and commissions, while DiMon and SPID support statutory reporting.

Industrial logistics

Fleet cards and factory gates become controlled data flows

PetroBiznes links fleet contracts, station terminals, card limits, settlement and invoicing. Sygnity's official anonymous customer case covers more than 500 stations, 40,000 active fleet contracts, 500,000 cards and about 20,000 daily transactions. Janus connects SAP, gate control, weighing, driver messages and loading; another anonymous customer used it to increase the target throughput of a chemicals plant from 200 to 400 vehicles a day.

Utilities and infrastructure

Documents, network assets and meter readings share an operating layer

For Białystok Water & Sewage, Sygnity digitised almost two million pages, linked them to GIS records and cut document access from hours to minutes. OPEC Gdynia uses its network-asset system across more than 300 kilometres of heating network. Sygnity Forecast combines historical, weather and other variables with statistical and machine-learning methods, while AMS can collect and analyse data from millions of metering points.

Public services and operating model

National systems meet a decentralised software-group model

SyriuszStd supports employment services in all 343 Polish district labour offices and exchanges data with social-security, tax, statistical and banking systems. POMOST Std manages social-care decisions and benefits; MOUS adds service orders, schedules and beneficiary communications. Sygnity reports more than 400 current projects and 700 professionals. It joined Total Specific Solutions in 2022 and acts as TSS's regional platform for building independent vertical-software providers.
