Company profile
Software from the factory floor to the retail shelf
Asseco Business Solutions connects two software worlds. In Poland, Softlab, Merit, Wapro and Business Cloud support finance, production, warehousing, sales and smaller-company administration. Internationally, Asseco Platform and Mobile Touch help consumer-goods teams plan store visits, take orders, check shelves and combine field observations with distributor data. The common thread is operational software that follows goods and information from a manufacturer's internal system to the retail shelf.
Enterprise core
Softlab, Merit and Wapro address different operating scales
Softlab links finance, production, logistics, WMS, e-commerce and human resources for medium and large or multi-entity organisations. Merit is organised around processes for medium-sized companies. Wapro packages accounting, sales, inventory, payroll and online-store tools for smaller businesses and accounting offices. Business Cloud adds hosted software and infrastructure. Together they form a tiered portfolio rather than one ERP sold unchanged to every customer.

Inside the warehouse
The WMS coordinates people, stock and warehouse automation
Asseco's WMS covers receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control. Its English product page shows how this work reaches real operations: Darco reported 70% fewer picking errors after implementing Softlab ERP and WMS, while ILS, part of the Inter Cars group, connected the WMS with Exotec's Skypod robots and existing warehouse systems. The same ERP data can feed business-to-business and consumer e-commerce channels.

Field sales across markets
A store visit runs from preparation to the next recommended action
Asseco Platform reports more than 125,000 users in 74 countries. Mobile Touch structures a representative's day around Prepare, Execute, Sell and Review: route planning and customer history before the visit, shelf and promotion checks in store, order capture, then performance analysis. Perfect Store adds planograms and execution standards, while route-to-market tools help decide which outlets, territories and visit sequences deserve attention.

From a shelf photo to a decision
Image recognition and distributor data close the information gap
Retail Image Recognition turns a store photograph into recognised products, facings, prices, out-of-stock signals and planogram checks, then returns recommendations to the field team. In H1 2026, the company said image-recognition services expanded for FMCG and pharmaceutical clients and were used to check product-display standards at retail points such as shops and pharmacies. In Asseco's Nestlé case, audits are reported as 20–90% faster, with 129 person-days saved per month per organisation and a 20% on-shelf-availability KPI improvement. Trade Data Hub complements the shelf view by standardising sell-in and sell-out data from more than 1,600 distributors for over 85 manufacturers.

Current 2026 update
What is changing at Asseco Business Solutions in 2026?
KSeF, embedded AI and broader cloud and outsourcing responsibility are changing how Asseco sits inside customer workflows. H1 revenue rose 14.8% and backlog 13.6%; the issuer does not attribute either change to any single theme below.
The change in one sentence
Compliance is becoming a product layer, while AI is moving inside the workflow.
Businesslink and Businesscheck divide KSeF exchange from validation; BusinessGenius puts LLM assistance inside Merit ERP; cloud, full outsourcing and Maspex widen the part of the customer's operation Asseco supports.
Four lenses on 2026
The same four-quadrant format used in the Company profile.
01 · KSeF at work
Two million invoices turn a mandate into an operating workflow
In H1, Asseco adapted Softlab, Merit and Wapro to KSeF and supported existing customers through implementation. In the documented product split, Businesslink exchanges documents and communicates with KSeF, while Businesscheck provides substantive verification before sending. A separate 2 March update attributes the first-month result to integration with the three ERP lines, automatic validation, exception handling and the purchase-invoice and accounting flow, without naming a module for every task. The issuer says customers sent more than two million invoices through Businesslink. Agata and Mostostal Pomorze describe the mandate as prompting process review and automation. These are company-reported accounts, not evidence of error-free performance.
- Current signal2m+ KSeF invoices in the first live month · Softlab, Merit and Wapro adapted
- Why it mattersA regulatory deadline is creating integration and process work around the ERP core, while later throughput and operating quality remain undisclosed.

02 · AI inside ERP
BusinessGenius embeds LLM assistance in finance, contacts and logistics
Asseco says it continued embedding AI across finance, HR, payroll and sales: recommendations, predictive analysis, document processing, summaries, translations, natural-language interaction and assistants. A 23 July product article places BusinessGenius inside Merit ERP, where it can suggest accounting entries, categorise documents and contacts, translate text and draft offers or complaints. It sits among eight services covering work that KSeF does not complete. Advanced document-flow AI in the premium package remains pilot-stage. The H1 report also warns that widely available AI may reduce potential product-development orders and that over-privileged agents, model errors and AI-enabled cyberattacks create operational risks; it reports no incident.
- Current signal8 Merit/Businesslink services · advanced document-flow AI remains pilot-stage
- Why it mattersThe strategic test is whether controlled customer use creates value faster than widely available AI erodes custom-development demand.

03 · Broader operating responsibility
Cloud and full outsourcing move Asseco beyond installed software
More ERP and SFA products and services are cloud-available, and the H1 report says the number of full-outsourcing projects is rising. In those arrangements Asseco can assume responsibility for software plus system and communications infrastructure and integration-process supervision through its data centres. Maspex illustrates wider workflow reach: B2B ordering moved from spreadsheets and paper to an automated platform. Across Asseco e-Commerce—not Maspex alone—the issuer reports more than one million orders worth over PLN 16 billion in the latest year; Maspex bank integration and AI descriptions and suggestions remain planned. Twelve selected H1 agreements span Softlab, Businesslink, Merit, Mobile Touch and HR portals; they establish contract scope, not completed transformations.

- Why it mattersAsseco's role is widening from installed software to operated infrastructure and customer workflows; adoption and economics are not separately disclosed.

04 · What to watch
Three questions for the next disclosures
The next disclosures should separate regulatory volume from operating quality, current AI functions from pilot-stage automation and broader operating responsibility from reported outcomes.
- KSeF after month oneDoes Asseco disclose later Businesslink volumes, exception handling or other operating-quality evidence beyond the first two million invoices?
- AI adoption and displacementWhich assistant functions are in live customer use, what controls limit autonomous actions and model errors, and does accessible AI reduce development work?
- Cloud and commerceDoes Asseco quantify cloud and full-outsourcing adoption, and do Maspex's planned bank and AI functions move into live use?
