Company profile
From first catalogue to multichannel operations
Shoper gives Polish merchants a hosted route from first catalogue to multichannel operation. Its SaaS platform combines Storefront design, product and order administration and hosting with payments, shipping, advertising and financing. Premium adds capacity and specialist integrations for larger stores; Apilo coordinates stock and orders across marketplaces. Shoper says it supports more than 20,000 e-shops. This profile covers Shoper and Apilo services only, not the wider products or customer scale of Cyber_Folks or Vercom.
Storefront and operations
A visual shopfront can grow into a more specialised platform
Storefront adds more than 70 drag-and-drop modules, a live visual editor, mobile-width previews and cart features for security and quick checkout. Premium targets more demanding stores with advanced search, 99.9% platform availability, round-the-clock infrastructure monitoring and support. More than 250 applications in Shoper App Store extend the core without forcing every merchant onto the same configuration.

Around the transaction
Checkout, parcels, finance and customer acquisition connect
Shoper Payments brings instant transfers, BLIK, cards, instalments and deferred payment into checkout. Shoper Parcels puts couriers, parcel lockers and pickup points in one built-in service. In 2026, official DPD and DHL plugins added labels, returns and cross-border delivery choices inside the store dashboard; the cited pickup-point counts belong to the carriers' networks, not to Shoper. Separate offers add working-capital finance and business accounts, while Shoper Campaigns manages acquisition across search, social and marketplaces.

Multichannel control
Apilo coordinates marketplaces and a new AI sales channel
Apilo is the order-management layer for sellers using their own store plus marketplaces. It synchronises prices and stock, gathers orders, creates shipping labels and connects warehouses and accounting systems across channels such as Allegro, Amazon, eBay, Empik, Etsy, OLX and Kaufland. In March, Shoper made Apilo the integration route into InPost Mobile's beta AI shopping service, connecting product feeds and orders. Shoper said all platform merchants would be able to apply, but application did not establish access, onboarding remained with InPost and the release gave no active-store, order or general-availability KPI.

Scale and merchant journeys
The platform's reach is visible in transactions and real stores
In 2025 Shoper reported PLN 11.8 billion of GMV in Shoper stores, PLN 21 billion across its omnichannel measure and support for more than 20,000 e-shops. Its LANO case follows a Polish furniture merchant opening localised stores in Czechia, Germany, France, Romania, Denmark, Slovakia, the Netherlands and Sweden within twelve months, using Stripe and Apilo; the Philo New York case shows Premium handling frequent fashion drops and sharp traffic peaks.

Current 2026 update
What is changing at Shoper in 2026?
Shoper is moving toward absorption into cyber_Folks while turning its dashboard and Apilo into distribution rails for logistics, AI shopping and agency-led growth.
The change in one sentence
The legal merger is pending, but the operating ecosystem is already widening.
Shoper is adding carrier networks, an InPost AI channel and a Verseo reseller model. Separately, Q1 GMV growth coexisted with lower omnichannel and store take rates.
Four lenses on 2026
The same four-quadrant format used in the Company profile.
01 · Merger
Shareholders approve the merger; registration remains the trigger
On 20 July, Shoper shareholders approved transferring all assets and liabilities to cyber_Folks in exchange for 0.2281 cyber_Folks share per Shoper share, subject to rounding and cash adjustments. Under the merger plan, court registration makes the merger effective, dissolves Shoper without liquidation and ends its separate listing. The official reports index contained no merger-registration notice through 28 August; the H1 report was scheduled for 2 September, after the cutoff.
- Current signalEGM approved · 0.2281 exchange ratio · registration not yet reported
- Why it mattersShareholders approved the terms, but court registration is the legal trigger for the asset transfer and Shoper's disappearance as a separate listed company.

02 · Embedded logistics
DPD and DHL move cross-border logistics into the dashboard
The March DPD plugin covers more than 33,000 pickup points and lockers in Poland and 150,000 across 33 European countries. The June DHL plugin adds courier, pallet, locker, pickup, label and returns workflows from Shoper's dashboard, with access to over 165,000 out-of-home locations across 28 European countries; UK and Ireland support was deferred to a later phase. Those network counts belong to the carriers, not Shoper.

- Why it mattersShoper is competing through embedded logistics and international operating tools, not store software alone.

03 · New growth channels
Apilo is the route into InPost's beta AI channel
InPost's beta shopping service lets users search and buy inside its mobile app with an AI assistant. Shoper built the Apilo route for product feeds and orders; the app has more than 16 million users, but the release gives no active-store or order KPI and says access follows InPost onboarding. On 11 August, Verseo joined the Partner Program to build and migrate stores and add SEO, AI visibility, paid media, analytics and conversion support. First implementations are reported without a count or economics. Separately, Q1 omnichannel GMV rose 49%, while omnichannel and store take rates fell to 0.91% and 1.81% from 1.25% and 1.89%.

- Why it mattersShoper is extending distribution and services around the platform, but adoption and monetisation still need evidence.

04 · What to watch
Three questions for the next disclosures
The next disclosures should separate legal merger completion from approval and partner-network potential from actual merchant adoption and monetisation.
- Merger completionWhen does the court register the merger, and when do Shoper shares leave trading?
- Logistics adoptionHow many merchants and shipments use the DPD and DHL plugins, and when does DHL add the United Kingdom and Ireland?
- AI and partner economicsDoes the InPost service move beyond beta, how many stores and orders use it, and how many Verseo-led implementations reach production? Separately, do later take rates stabilise?
