Company profile

From first catalogue to multichannel operations

Shoper gives Polish merchants a hosted route from first catalogue to multichannel operation. Its SaaS platform combines Storefront design, product and order administration and hosting with payments, shipping, advertising and financing. Premium adds capacity and specialist integrations for larger stores; Apilo coordinates stock and orders across marketplaces. Shoper says it supports more than 20,000 e-shops. This profile covers Shoper and Apilo services only, not the wider products or customer scale of Cyber_Folks or Vercom.

Storefront and operations

A visual shopfront can grow into a more specialised platform

Storefront adds more than 70 drag-and-drop modules, a live visual editor, mobile-width previews and cart features for security and quick checkout. Premium targets more demanding stores with advanced search, 99.9% platform availability, round-the-clock infrastructure monitoring and support. More than 250 applications in Shoper App Store extend the core without forcing every merchant onto the same configuration.

Around the transaction

Checkout, parcels, finance and customer acquisition connect

Shoper Payments brings instant transfers, BLIK, cards, instalments and deferred payment into checkout. Shoper Parcels puts couriers, parcel lockers and pickup points in one built-in service, with payment per dispatched parcel rather than a fixed subscription. Separate offers add working-capital finance and business accounts, while Shoper Campaigns manages acquisition across search engines, social networks and marketplaces.

Multichannel control

Apilo keeps products, stock and orders aligned across channels

Apilo is the order-management layer for sellers using their own store plus marketplaces. It synchronises prices and stock, gathers orders, creates shipping labels and connects warehouses and accounting systems. Shoper's pages name Allegro, Amazon, eBay, Empik, Etsy, OLX and Kaufland as examples, turning multichannel from a collection of separate log-ins into a coordinated operating process.

Scale and merchant journeys

The platform's reach is visible in transactions and real stores

In 2025 Shoper reported PLN 11.8 billion of GMV in Shoper stores, PLN 21 billion across its omnichannel measure and support for more than 20,000 e-shops. Its LANO case follows a Polish furniture merchant opening localised stores in Czechia, Germany, France, Romania, Denmark, Slovakia, the Netherlands and Sweden within twelve months, using Stripe and Apilo; the Philo New York case shows Premium handling frequent fashion drops and sharp traffic peaks.
